A Personal Message From
The Founder & Owner, Jack Pan
I have an extensive background as a practicing physical therapist within a prominent hospital system before establishing my own practice. Through my experience in the healthcare industry, I've come to recognize a significant influence of health insurance policies on treatment options. Often, treatment decisions are driven by insurance reimbursement considerations rather than focusing on the most beneficial approaches for patients.
I firmly believe that every healthcare professional should administer treatments to patients exclusively guided by the therapeutic benefits that these treatments offer. While this patient-centric approach is inherently logical, it unfortunately encounters substantial challenges when applied within the context of our insurance-driven healthcare system.
To achieve this objective, it’s imperative to dedicate substantial time to each patient, thoroughly comprehend their unique needs and challenges, and eliminate insurance reimbursement as a determining factor in the treatment process.
