A Personal Message From
The Founder & Owner, Jack Pan

I have an extensive background as a clinical physical therapist within a hospital system before establishing my own practice. In recent years, it has become clear that treatment decisions are often driven more by insurance reimbursement than by what truly benefits the patient. As a result, treatment time has significantly decreased compared to a decade ago, and patient care has shifted from quality-driven to volume-driven. Anyone working in healthcare today would agree.

If you have experienced insurance-based physical therapy, you probably know exactly what I mean: sessions that are too short, care that's bounced between different staff members, and mostly exercises without the therapist ever actually laying hands on you.

For patients to see meaningful results, I believe every treatment decision should be made solely between the provider and the patient. The quality of care is directly tied to the amount of time spent with each patient and the attention given to their needs. And let's not forget manual therapy, a lost art that has nearly vanished from today's healthcare system.

The only way to make this kind of care possible today is to remove insurance reimbursement as a deciding factor in the treatment process. I understand this may be a challenge for some, especially if you have very good coverage. But before you say no to us based solely on whether we accept your insurance, ask yourself this: Do you just want to go through the motions of physical therapy, or do you want quality care that actually gets results?

If you're looking for the latter, or if you've already tried insurance-based physical therapy and didn't get the results you were hoping for, let's talk. We'd love to help you.
